I felt like when we started some of the biggest challenges I faced were having self discipline and staying consistent with good habits. I also felt like I was at a low point in confidence.
Throughout our time together not only did I feel myself gaining confidence and getting out of my comfort zone, I was also developing habits that boosted that confidence.
My daily habits became long term habits, and I felt like I was managing time better and having more productive days all stemming from creating healthy habits.
I’m taking everything I learned and applying it to my life now and I feel like I’m just getting better everyday.
I would highly recommend joining if you feel like you could use some positive reinforcement in your life.
